Velous Footwear Return Policy (Southeast Asia)

This policy applies to returns and exchanges for orders shipped to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and Brunei.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be in the same condition as delivered, meaning unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• Velous Footwear emphasizes trying shoes indoors before wearing them outside to ensure they meet your comfort needs.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items.
• We'll shoulder the return shipping cost if the product has a factory defect. Our team makes sure we visually and physically check the product before we it out.

Warranty:

• The warranty for Velous Footwear products in these regions is 7 days from the original purchase date.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

• All returns and exchanges must be initiated from the original point of sale (i.e., the website you used to place the order, Singapore).
  

To start the return or exchange process, please contact us in our chat app with your order number, email address and phone number. Once received, we will send you instructions on how to quickly facilitate your return or exchange.

Generally a credit is processed within 10 business days after receipt. The actual transfer will depend on your local bank transaction.
